Associate's Degree [East Los Angeles College] Real Estate

​Bachelor of Science [California State University, Los Angeles] option in Management, Minor in Economics   

One day in Business Law class at East Los Angeles College, my professor briefly discussed real estate. As his lecture continued, I wondered how real estate transactions worked. What were the intricacies of Real Estate? What was financing like? I was curious and I wanted to learn more because I knew one day, I’d buy a home!

Eager to feed my curiosity, I took my very first class; Real Estate Principles.  Excited from what I had learned, I decided to peruse an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate and enrolled in Real Estate Practice, finance, economics, law, property management, and escrow. 
 
By the time I completed my AA degree and it was time to transfer to CSULA, I knew once I was completed with my 4 year degree in Management and Economics, I wanted to work in real estate in one form or another.
 
It’s been a great journey getting to where I am now. I’ve helped wonderful people from medical professionals, educators, engineers, military service men and women, people in law enforcement, finance industry professionals, librarians, doctors, homemakers, and everyday hard working folks. It’s been my pleasure helping them with their real estate goals.

Outside of Real Estate:

As an LA native, I grew up loving the Los Angeles Dodgers -especially going to games with friends and family. Is 2022 their year? We'll see! In school I was never involved in sports. I was in band! 

​As an adult, I find joy in running.  I wouldn't consider myself a "runner," but I have completed four LA Marathons. 

I also enjoy taking photos and capturing memories.  My circle of friends think of me as the "historian." :-)
